Hand a conversation to a human, or take it back
POST
/handoverSets the same handover state the inbox uses (is_ai_paused). to: human — your bot should stay
silent (inbound webhooks carry handover: "human"); to: bot — your bot (channel ai_mode: external)
or OpenBot AI (other modes) answers again. No message is sent to the customer; idempotent (changed: false).
Conversations on an external channel are never auto-resumed — only your to: bot call returns them.
